Client Work

Unless otherwise agreed in writing: Automations, workflows, and systems built for clients belong to the client upon full payment. FlowWorks retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during engagements. FlowWorks may reference completed work in case studies with client approval.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
